Product Description
The N2XSRY and NA2XSRY are single-core, medium-voltage (MV) power cables designed according to German VDE standards (typically DIN VDE 0276-620). These cables are the preferred choice for installations requiring high tensile strength and heavy-duty mechanical protection in single-phase circuits.A critical feature of these cables is the use of Aluminum Wire Armour (AWA). In single-core AC cables, non-magnetic armor (aluminum) must be used instead of steel to prevent overheating caused by magnetic induction and eddy currents.
Application
The N2XSRY/NA2XSRY is a high-performance medium-voltage cable (6/10kV to 18/30kV) built to VDE 0276 and IEC 60502-2 standards. Combining XLPE insulation with robust Steel Wire Armour (SWA), it delivers exceptional reliability under extreme mechanical stress and high-load conditions.
